Welcome to Rarity Hair. By accessing our website and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an orders

  • Rarity Hair is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control


6. Returns and Exchanges

  • For hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges are accepted for wigs and hair extensions once the sealed packaging has been opened.
  • In the case of a defective product or a shipping error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photo or video evidence.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of an error on our part.

7. Customs and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.
  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
