Return & Refund Policy – Rarity Hair
1. General Information
At Rarity Hair, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products (hair extensions and wigs), certain restrictions apply for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Products
- Hair extensions and wigs whose sealed packaging has been opened or that have been worn cannot be returned or refunded.
- Sale items, discounted items, or final sale products (including items purchased with promo codes) are non-refundable.
3. Eligible Products for Return
A return is only possible if:
- The product is defective or has a manufacturing issue.
- We sent the wrong item or the wrong length by mistake. In these cases, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos or videos as proof.
4. Return Process
- Contact our customer service by email at therarityhair@gmail.com, including your order number and proof of the issue.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions to send the product back.
- Returned products must be new, unworn, unaltered, and in their original sealed packaging.
5. Return Shipping Fees
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except when the error is on our part (wrong item or confirmed defect).
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
6. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund is approved or denied.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you must place a new order once your refund is approved (if applicable).
